Can Diet controls STRESS?

Stress is a very condition that leads to many health problems if not controlled, it can affects your Body, Mind, Behavior and Emotions. The healing power of nutrition and lifestyle can support stress. Stress causes adrenal fatigue which in turn affects your nutritional status through depletion of many nutrients e.g. Magnesium, B vitamins, Zinc and Selenium.

3 steps to manage stress: 1st Increase food rich in the depleted nutrients; Magnesium in dark green vegetables, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and dark chocolate. Vitamin B in oats, wholemeal bread. Zinc in chicken, oysters, salmon and pumpkin seeds. Selenium in beef, nuts(Brazil nuts), and tuna. 2nd Eat more of stress reducing food; Green tea, contains theonine which has calming effect on brain. oily fish as salmon and mackerel, contain Omega 3 fats which help in reducing risk of depression and anxiety. Banana and oats, rich in Tryptophan(a neurotransmitter precursor) helps with sleep and reduce stress. 3rd Healthy lifestyle, exercise regularly, think positive, meditation and try epsom (magnesium) salts bath. and CHILAX.
