Weight Loss Nutritional Tips

• 3 meals and 2 snacks. • Have protein with each meal. • Drink water 1.5 to 2 litres/day. • Make your plate colourful (rainbow colours). • Use healthy oils e.g. coconut oil, olive oil or avocado oil. • Eat more fibre e.g. oats, legumes, green vegetables and fruits. • Avoid processed food like processed meat.

• Eat fish 3 times / week • Avoid unhealthy snacks as chips, crisps, biscuits and concentrated juice. • Replace coffee and black tea with green tea, cinnamon, and ginger.

• Replace white with brown (white bread with brown wholemeal), (white rice and pasta with brown wholemeal) and (white refined sugar with brown unrefined sugar). • Drink every morning Detox water (water, slice of lemon, green mint and cucumber). • Avoid stress. • Exercise regularly.
